Jai Shankar
Jai is an accomplished executive and strategic advisor with over 27 years of leadership experience in the technology sector. As the former CEO of Emergys, a global leader in cloud solutions, business intelligence, and digital transformation, Jai successfully grew the company from a small IT startup to an international firm with over 1,000 employees. Under his leadership, Emergys achieved a 211% compound annual growth rate over 15 years and completed several strategic acquisitions, ultimately leading to its acquisition by Future Tech Holdings. Jai holds an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California (USC) and brings deep expertise in scaling businesses, driving innovation, and creating long-term enterprise value.
Arpit Garg
Arpit is an experienced investment professional with a strong background in investment banking, asset management, and venture capital. He was formerly an Investment Banker at Drake Star Partners, a global technology advisory firm with over $22 billion in deal flow, where he advised on M&A across AI, Fintech, and Media/Entertainment. Prior to that, he worked at Beekman Advisors, supporting M&A transactions in the Real Estate and Financial Institutions group. Arpit began his career at JPMorgan as an Asset Manager, overseeing a $1 billion+ technology portfolio focused on AI, Fintech, and Cloud Computing. He holds a Master of Science in Finance from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business and brings a data-driven, strategic approach to investing and value creation.
